Your tasks:
• Support SAP users in the different modules • Understanding, document and follow-up SAP user requirements (CR) to require them to the corporate office. • Unit functional tests derived from CR and accompaniment in user tests for step to production • Training of SAP K-Users • Create and maintain together with the K-users documentation on the processes of each area, as well as the interaction with the SAP system • Ensure and monitor compliance with corporate-defined policies and procedures for the proper use of the SAP system • Coordinating and tracking SAP-related service providers • Functional support for SAP users on-site and remotely. • Collaborate with the IT budget planning based on SAP system projects and expenses • Definition and implementation of KPI to monitor the use of the SAP system • Propose, define and implement improvement ideas that help the company to optimize processes. • Development of queries required by the different K-users. • Mapping processes and production systems with interface to SAP. • Coordinate the implementation of new SAP modules.
Your profile:
• Graduated as Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer or comparable qualification with appropriate work experience. • At least 5 years handling SAP 6.0 and/or SAP4.6 of professional (in a Business Concern) • experience in the Automotive Logistics processes • Excellent knowledge in the ERP system SAP (PP/MM/WM), at least 2 of 3, QM desirable. • Excellent knowledge with barcode scanner solutions • Interface technologies (RFC, IDOC, BAPI) • EDI knowledge desirable • Development and implementation of reports and queries • Excellent knowledge of English
