Your tasks:
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes for administrative employees, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage. • Collaborate withs cross-functional teams on international HR projects, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the success of initiatives spanning multiple location and cultures. • Partner with HR teams at various plant locations to implement HR policies, programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, productivity and retention. • Support of succession planning and carrier development of identified local talents. • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR branding strategies, promoting the employer brand internally and externally to attract top talent and enhance employee loyalty.
Your profile:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the automotive industry. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulation. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability of thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple effectively. • Experience with international HR projects and cross-cultural collaboration is a plus. • Knowledge of English as intermediate (B1).
