The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe with corporate functions and services. Your tasks:
- Developing, defining and aligning portfolio initiatives of Plastic/Rubber moulding.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Acquisition of Business & Opportunity Management - Driving and supporting business development and projects at customers.
- Identifying prospects and new business opportunities for our field of work.
- Coordinating manufacturing activities related with trials and PPAP.
- Cost Management.
- Coordinating and leading RFQ discussions.
Your profile:
- Completed university degree in engineering or business administration.
- Several years of professional experience in sales & marketing, business development and relevant areas.
- Industry specific Know-How in Automotive and Plastic/rubber moulding.
- Experience with OEM`s preferred as well as knowing their processes.
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Proven customer relationship management & business development success.
- Ambitious with a “can do” attitude.
- Willingness and ability to high travel needs.
