Your tasks:

Our Americas HQ in Troy, MI (USA) is looking for a Program Controller, and your main responsibilities will be:

Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management
Consolidate all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast…)
Support the reporting process for the region ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and delay compliance
Gather all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis
Communicate and report relevant program status to secure proper support on program issues
Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
Collaborate with Shared Service Center. Obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information
Propose to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding costs, workload…)
Follow financial impact of action plans

Your profile:

The ideal candidate has/is:

Master’s degree in Finance/Controlling
Business Minded and good organizational skills
Good communication skills
Excel Advanced knowledge
