Your tasks:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des End User Services (EUS) Team
- Kontinuierliche Unterstützung der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
- Leitung und Statusbericht von Projekten im EUS-Bereich
- Mitarbeit bei Incidents und Service Requests in unserem Motherson IT Portal ServiceNow
- Anwender Support für unsere interne Kolleg*innen
- Betreuung und Bereitstellung von Endgeräten (PC, Tablet, Smartphone, Drucker etc.)
- Entgegennahme von Anfragen aus den Fachbereichen und deren Bearbeitung
- Unterstützung bei 2nd/3rd Level Support mit ersten Fehleranalysen und Datenaufbereitung
- Verwaltung der IT Equipment Pools an den jeweiligen Standorten
- Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
- Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Führungsverantwortung
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Service-Management
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines End User Services Bereichs von Vorteil
- Gutes Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen, Betriebssysteme, Anwendungen und Hardware
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Analyse und Bewertung von komplexen Sachverhalten
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
- Service- und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch- und Englisch
