Feladatok:
- Creation and maintenance of customer master data, pricing data, delivery schedules, and part numbers, including monitoring and tracking of part prices
- Processing deliveries, invoicing special orders, and calculating tooling costs
- Processing error and discrepancy reports
- Managing launch and pre-series logistics, including delivery note creation and invoicing up to handover to plant logistics
- Creation and calculation of amortization agreements
- Preparation of tool invoices, payment tracking, and management of outstanding receivables
- Coordination of sample part production and monitoring of deadlines and delivery dates
Elvárások:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, or similar)
- Initial experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Fluent German language skills; good English skills desirable
- Understanding of process and data quality requirements
- Strong service and customer-oriented mindset
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Ability to maintain an overview and prioritize effectively in dynamic situations
