The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for planning, update and automatization of maintenance equipment and plan Improving uptime and reducing operational costs. Technical documentation on all Production facilities including all Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Your tasks:
Performing routine maintenance in the plant and fixing components related to the production line and to ensure smooth running of the production conveyor
Working with the production and safety team in identifying and fixing potential safety related damages within the plant, with respect to damaged electrical wires, broken safety barriers etc. and all other safety hazard to avoid future injuries
Implement Continuous Improvement activities
Assure all workstations are in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
Ensure periodical verification of Production fixtures using master gauge
Manage all toxic wastes and materials
Ensure all Health and Safety and Quality standards are met
Make all work instruction and maintenance plan of all equipment
Update and maintain all maintenance tools related documents
Respective preventive maintenance planning
Implement Preventive Maintenance Plan
Your profile:
Sufficient experience in Microsoft Office Applications
JIS
Quality knowledge regarding the production line and product
Time Management
